Hayneedle.com response:Thank you for your review! Please note: This item is weather resistant but not waterproof. There is a plastic cover on the underside of the top which does keep water from entering the box from the top and saturating the contents. The PE rattan on the side is not waterproof since it is a woven surface it but it does offer some protection.
