We bought 2 of these benches for our covered front porch.
Things that are great: They are beautiful and look great against our red brick.
Things that aren't great: On both benches, there was a piece that wasn't quite long enough, like it had been cut wrong or something. Also some of the paint was chipped off on one of the benches. Finally, you have to ease yourself into them to sit down because they just don't feel very sturdy.
Overall, they look awesome but that's about it. I wouldn't put them out anywhere exposed to the weather and wouldn't use them very much for sitting.

    I ordered this product 2 times and they came with two right arms in box. The customer service was wonderful. I hope it was just that one design they had a problem with. I will try and order again in the spring. The bench looked very sturdy we wish we could have put it together.

    I was surprised to see a total of 15 unpainted gouges in the pieces of wood when I took them out of the box. This means I will have to fill the holes with wood filler, sand and paint them in order to feel comfortable displaying the bench on my porch. I was very disappointed with the quality of the product.
