Delivery was quick. The product was well packed, however, there was no packing slip included to provide return product information. Unfortunately, one of two benches ordered was warped and required a professional carpenter to rebuild. This disappointing circumstance stained my experience.

we just received this for use on our porch in the winter to put shoes on and off. Easy assemply -everything came nicely and was easy to assemble. I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 stars because the instructions weren't entirely clear and we built the base before putting in the middle and had to disassemble and reassemble, but all in all, no big deal. Love the look and the feel and doesn't feel cheap.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
