Signature Series Bench - Laser Engraving Artwork Needs
Our Laser Engraving process requires that we have the highest quality art or graphics to work from. This can be in the form of CAMERA READY art or DIGITAL art.
CAMERA READY artwork is black and white reflective art, without halftone screens or color printing. Original 1200 dpi laser prints, printed at 200 percent of actual size needed, on high quality paper, will work just fine.
This can be sent to us via overnight mail service. No faxes please. We prefer to work directly from DIGITAL files that have been formatted as EPS, JPG, TIF or PSD (no DOC or GIFs please).
Email is the preferred method to receive your image; however, you may save your image to a disk and deliver it to our physical address. Call our customer care representative Toll-Free: 1-800-858-5177 for details on supplying your image or text.
If you are sending files on disk, we can accept Macintosh or Windows format on IBM floppy or CD ROM. All files linked to the art, including all fonts, must be included on the disk.
Images should be at least 5 inches wide and at 300 dpi if possible.
Keep in mind that the larger the art work, the better the engraving. No web art please.

Shorea is possibly the best wood choice for outdoor furniture. While related to Burma teak, this hardwood grows naturally and plentifully in the Pacific Rim countries, making it considerably less expensive than teak. Because shorea contains an abundance of natural oils, is dense, heavy and hard, it is highly resistant to rot, bug infestation, wear and marring. Our shorea is imported from Java, which has been diligently managed by its government to ensure wise harvesting and fair prices.
