I wish I would have never found this company online. I needed to purchase 2 benches for our new store front.

Service and delivery comments:

Not only did they ship us the wrong bench, they over charged my credit card. When I called to report the wrong benches had been shipped, the "customer service rep" was extremely rude and didn't care that I was unhappy with my discovery or the fact that I was on a strict budget and time crunch. She informed me that the benches I ordered originally would take up to 4 weeks for delivery because they are currently back ordered and they were going to cost me more than the original sale charged to my card. Did I mention that the original charge was going to take up to a week to be refunded back onto my card? I told her I was not interested in purchasing any benches from them, I wanted to return the wrong (100lbs still in the boxes) benches, and to please refund my credit card. She only emailed me one return shipping label. So once again I had to call and explain to them I needed another label and why I did not want the product. Finally I got both labels, the product is gone, and I am still waiting to see the refund on my credit card bill. I did find the benches I originally tried to order at another company, I saved almost $50.00 plus free shipping.

The metal color on this is a little lighter than we expected, but not a problem. The bench is very heavy in weight, which we find good!
